DIE STRUCK LAPEL PINS

Copper metal is stamped to form the desired design on its surface. The appropiate plating gives to the lapel pin the desired finish. This pin is a favorite with the gold two-tone finish (raised/polished and recessed/sandblasted) but a number of different plating can be used (see all platings available).

If you are in a tight budget, we can use Iron instead of Copper. All the same platings can be applied. Minimum quantity 2,500 lapel pins, please contact customer service for pricing.

Diestruck lapel pins offer moderate price. The quality is excellent, production time is our normal 10 working days, and if you need a rush we can probably do them in 8 days. The perceived value is the best, and versatility is very high, meaning that we can use additional processes such as printing, flashing lights, pin on pin, glittering, glow in the dark, and synthetic stones. We can even combine it with PVC inserts to create a one of a kind lapel pin.
   
 
Highlights
Custom Diestruck lapel pins

A very high quality lapel pin with a high perceived value. Your artwork is stamped into copper or brass, and then finished with one of the many available platings.
Iron stamped lapel pins are also available.

For Best Results:
- We recommend that the recessed surface is always sandblasted, however if you required so we can polish it.
- For 3D items, please send the artwork with a frontal and a side ciew.
- No colors are used in this production process.

How is this pin made    
     
Stamping Molding
Molds the metal surface to form the design
Outline Cutting
Cutting molds are made separately, then cut to the eact outline of the desing
Outline cutting molds may be required depending on the complexity of the desing
If a center hole or cu-out is required, an additional cut-through mold must be used
Attachment
Attachment is soldered onto the back of each piece
Plating
Plating now can be processed. The quality of plating varies with the lenght of time the metal is soaked in the plating liquid
Polishing
The metal surface is then polished until it is smooth and shiny. This applies to copper metal only, Iton can be polished if required for it is not a standard procedure and you will incurr in an extra charge.
